San Francisco 49ers Won NFL Super Bowl championships 5 times in 1981, 1984, 1988, 1989 and1994 and 7 times NFC Conference champions.  San Francisco 49ers were established in the All-American Football Conference (AAFC) in 1946 and  joined the NFL in 1950. Now is a member of National Football Conference (NFC) West division.
